Uganda is an ideal location for vanilla production as one of the very few regions with two distinct dry seasons per year providing extremely fresh vanilla all year round. The pods have been refined traditionally and bonifying with age. They already develop strong cocoa aromas, riped fruits flavor with subtle tannins and light earthy notes, which perfectly fit with red and white meats as well as seafood, and of course desserts, cream, and extract.
 
Beans measure from 14cm, 16cm, 18cm to 20cm for an average weight of 5gr. A kilo is about 200 beans. Minimum order by 1 KG, by 2 KG, and by 12 KG up to 30 KG maximum.
